Every project we take on gets someone from our team on site, regularly, throughout construction. Not a contractor's supervisor. Someone from us. Someone who knows what was agreed and will not let it slip.
We think a lot about what it actually feels like to live in a home day after day. The way the sun moves through the rooms. How sound travels between floors. What the corridor smells like after the monsoon. These are not small things.
We are not the biggest developer in Dehradun, and we have never tried to be. What we have tried to do is build homes that people are still glad they bought ten years later.
We want to build a body of work in these mountains that holds up over time. Not the flashiest portfolio. Not the most units delivered. Just homes that are still standing well, still loved, still worth what was paid for them, a generation from now.
We survey our residents every year. We ask them if they are happy. We ask them what is not working. And then we take it seriously. It is the most useful feedback we get, and it shapes every decision we make next.
